More and more information about his father, secrets that no one had bothered to tell him. It made him understand a little more why Loki had rebelled; the Allfather was an Aesir of many, many secrets. Most of which seemed to be solved by throwing the LARGER ones into other realms or starting wars instead of being prepared for them. 

                  “You are too late to exact vengeance on either of them. Both he and                     Hel are dead.”

To speak the word felt wrong. Final. But it was also the truth, and whether it was the answer she wanted or not, it was the only one she was getting. Saying anything else would have been a lie, and if she was from Heven, she might value his honesty. 

                   “Cull your thoughts of revenge, if you can. But if you still seek the head                      of a king, I would ask that you spare my people. They have had no                      part in my father’s acts.”

Not to mention the fact that he had just managed to retrieve the one half that had died at the Snap five years ago. Waging war with some stranger was not what he expected when he agreed to meet with her, but if there was a blow to be struck, it would come from her first. 

               “ Odin faced the axe before I’ve time to hand the blade? A pity. Hela, however, I do not believe. A Goddess of Death cannot simply die. She’d return home, and regenerate, waiting for the opportunity to break free once more. “

The metal ribbons on her armor move upwards, razor sharp and ready to strike should one come near her. Despite her own, unknown asgardian origins, she’s been raised in heven. A weakness to thunder still held in her system, no matter the time she’d spent away from heven, her time with the Guardians. Picking a fight with the God of Thunder seemed unwise, but 

Angela was also known for her impulsive nature. Others wouldn’t take the young angel seriously. Even when she rose to be Heven’s most skilled assassin, an angel without wings is hardly an angel at all. Her wings were now her armor, her metal ribbons controlled subconsciously from her mind. Her skills were in the hunt.

A few months of living in America had done her wonders. After being dragged from one country to another by a father whose ideals meant the destruction of humanity, she desperately needed some peace and quiet. The apartments looked comfortable and were affordable on her salary, and she’d moved in without scoping the rest of the neighborhood. It was a week after her arrival that she’d heard her neighbor strumming a guitar; her curiosity and love for music drove her to listen to him on the fire escape. Nothing about him looked odd or striking; another ordinary human, and normalcy was something that she preferred. “You play very well. Have you been doing it for long?”

    “ Perhaps so. Still feel as if something is out there.” She replied softly. Valeera wouldn’t put it past anything at this point. There was such a large universe and there was always someone–or something that wanted to take over or wanted to control it. “Odin did. I was just born when he ended his wicked ways and tossed his oldest into Helheim.” The talk of Odin left a bad taste in her mouth as she despised him still to this day. “Perhaps so. It still makes you wonder what kind of future there will become of everything that has happened.”

“And here he is. Iron Hook.” Even magic had its limits, and one of them was bringing flesh that had turned into ash. He’d managed to save Tony’s life, however, and that had to count for something. He was the last person to visit Tony, having had to deal with a daughter of his own. Luna had spotted Morgan when they arrived and was now following the older girl around while her father had entered the room where Tony was. “I must say, the pirate trend seems to be taking off. Should I expect Parker to be swinging a cutlass and telling everyone to walk the plank?”

            though their ever-growing, shared family never ceases to snever urprise eliza, she’s never bothered by it — not in the slightest. on the contrary, there’s just more love to go around. (and, as sarcastic as that sounds, she truly doesn’t mean it that way.) angela’s words merely make her drop her gaze to the floor and chuckle before looking back up, obviously amused and flattered by the sentiment — beauty is hardly the last thing on her list of self-worthy attributes.

            “well, i don’t think tha’s true — tha’s why they say appearances can be deceivin’, righ’?”        nonetheless, eliza’s smile is more than warm.        “how d’ya like … th’new asgard? i always feel bad callin’ it that, i know ‘t can’t replace anythin’, but —“        eliza points ahead, out of an open corridor window,        “— th’beaches alone make’t worth it.””

      “ I was raised to despise asgard as a whole. Especially it’s king. “ The fact her king has, as of recent, been revealed to be her half brother... that just made it all the more difficult. Never had the angel been raised not to be blunt, though some had difficulty with the hardness she offered. That, and she wasn’t exactly an angel anymore, was she? Had she ever been. The weakness to electricity shared by all in Heven had certainly grown into her flesh. Perhaps she’d lose such weakness as time went on.

       “By handcuffing me to this chair?” Honestly, she wasn’t surprised though Valeera couldn’t help but chuckle. “If I could count how many times I’ve been handcuffed to something, I’d be the richest lass in all of the universe. Far richer than those asgardians.” She was taunting yet, amused by this whole conversation. Her head tilts to the side as she looks up at the other. “If I was to have bad intentions, I would have already did what I could to this place. But I haven’t. That should prove and tell you something.”
