Something so many of you don't realize that saying bad things about yourself does affect you and your manifestations. If you want to be rich stop saying shit like "I'm too poor for that". If you want to improve your mental health stop making jokes about being depressed and wanting to die. If you wanna change your body stop complaining about it.

You have to realize that saying all that negative shit is just affirming your bad circumstances. And if it's something you do without even thinking about it, it means it's on your subconscious mind and that's what's gonna keep manifesting.

Make all your desires normal for you instead. Make jokes about being rich, healthy, beautiful. Doesn't matter people think you're delusional, you're creating your desired reality. The second you just automatically say something that affirms your desires it means it's on your subconscious mind and it's manifesting.
