still getting treated like i killed the family dog every time i want to go home because my allergies kick up or my anxiety spikes

kind of a dumb miniscule thing, but i really fucking hate when people try to tell me "YOU SHOULD DO THIS!" creatively lmao

I would love to just be able to go out, be able to have a panic attack, and not be treated like I just shot the family dog when I get home because I ruined the night.
