In all honesty I don’t really see myself as a good person, objectively I mean, I’m not terrible but I don’t believe I’m good either. I think I identify with being seen more as decent and in the grey area like a lot of other people. Like a lot of acts that could be seen as kindness I think are just decent things to do for another person? Does that make sense?

I have to ask what makes someone a good person anyways?

like fundamentally many ppl dont understand what bpd actually is and they also donot understand what splitting is, and unfortunately there r a lot of ppl with bpd who r not trying to get better that exploit that lack of info and its ugly, like with my kitchen trigger it would be abusive of me to lash out on my bf for wanting to spend time with me in the kitchen even if the trigger is due to the abuse ive received from my mom…u cant live life with bpd with the attitude that nothing u do is ever wrong especially if ur splitting on people often bc splitting is quite literally “everyone has wronged me and deserves to die” mode like. that is what that is

I think my belief that most adults are idiots who just happen to have money and time was confirmed yesterday because tell me why I go to a research facility on a whim and happen to run into this man in one of the exhibits who drags me into a conversation that I didn’t even wanna be in and then at the end he recommends me this podcaster guy or whatever who’s supposed to “speak the truth” about history or something and the guy doesn’t even believe in the transatlantic slave trade.

Most adults in my life or adults I happen to meet piss me off and I have to wonder how some of them are participating members in society.
