After revealing the existence of aggressive gizka on Rakata Prime, motivated by fanart from @laelish, I thought I should go back to that old save, since I discovered it years ago and never fully tested things.

I'm not saying that I thought you were lying, but I had to see this for myself to confirm. So I just got to this point in my playthrough and I used solo mode to run past the Rakata to draw them to the gizka, and it really did attack just like this post says. I watched it slowly wittle down the entire horde of Rakata one by one with its tongue attack. It took about half an hour, but the little guy got it done.
