A new (fake) apartment !
Unfortunately, your sims will have to pay the bills for the common areas and the shops (same with my RĆŖverie Abordable, my first lot with a fake apartment). Giving your sims the Frugal trait from the Rewards Store can help to pay less. Itās a residential lot, but you can convert it to a Retail lot if you have Get to Work, and create your own shop in the ground floor (and use the apartment to fill your simsā needs).
I made this apartment for my two jungle explorers, Takumi and Pallav. There is a small archaeologistās workshop on the ground floor, and I added a hair salon, as Takumi work in the Style Influencer career. There is a second version of the lot available without the shops, to make it (and the bills) cheaper.
Info : Residential, 20x30, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Playtested as usual, without CC, use bb.moveobjects on before placing the lot.
