Basically here right now to track weight loss and stuff in a safe spot that most of my friends don’t know about. I’m pro-recovery but not in any active recovery. I try to remain positive but I definitely have some disordered thought processes and some ed(not sheeran) patterns from time to time. Not trying to be pro @n@ but not anti @n@ either. So you might see some of that from time to time too. But you know, relapses are a thing and I’m definitely on the precipice of the relapse if not already there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Valentine’s Day. I definitely thought it was going to end up higher because what I measured out for myself for dinner was a *lot* like put my day well over 2000 cals, but then I got uncomfortably full and put it away to eat later and fell asleep. 😅 so I had to kinda guesstimate how much I actually had.

Okay I definitely forgot to eat dinner 😅 I was working on school and studying for my exams and next thing I knew it was midnight.
