important notes: as an example, i'm making an interest tracker with a short text field, a multiple choice drop-down menu, a single choice drop-down menu, and two long text fields, but you can use these forms in whatever way you like. also, there are two things you'll need to be able to do this - a google account so you can use google sheets, and have your carrd upgraded to either pro standard or pro plus so you can use the embed option. you're probably gonna need a basic understanding of coding if you want to change the looks of it, but i'm gonna try to make it as easy as possible.

good afternoon luv ! 💞 after looking around for a very helpful tutorial i saw awhile ago , i came up empty . but have no fear , i can still help ! i've shortened the process by creating a smart object file here that contains a noise overlay ! available for public use !

tips : make sure the noise layer is in soft light mode . you may adjust the opacity as desired , as well as clicking on [ > add noise ] in your smart layers to adjust the grain consistency . this overlay will also work on top of gifs . ( if your gif is longer than the noise layer , simply duplicate the noise layer into the same video track to create a loop . ) whether working with gifs or still images , you'll have to remain in video timeline mode to receive a gif .

so recently i’ve received an amount of messages and anons about the withdrawal of mass members of the rpc, and i honestly don’t know what’s causing that, but i also feel like anxiety and uncertainty might be a part of the problem, so i’m here with this meme to see if it might help at all! 

(now, for a quick reminder: MUN = you! you, reading this, the person scrolling on tumblr, are a mun! MUSE = your character(s)! everyone in the rpc has a muse (or multiple muses)! they can be canon (characters who appear in media such as books or movies) or original characters (your own amazing original creations). THREAD = you know when you write with a friend, and they reply to the writing with their writing, and you reply with yours, and so on so forth? that lovely back-and-forth of IC (in character) interaction is a thread!)
