Embrace a Love for Life! One of my favorite parts of the race was running with the third-place winner for female. I refuse to let her pass me we push each other through the end! 2019 I started I made my New Year's resolution to run an average 100 miles a month. Ended the couple weeks of the Year running about 5 to 10 miles a day to finish off the whole year running over 1,200 miles total. It's funny how insoles tell about what kind of runner you are. Do you think is tube to get new ones? They're very heavy duty. Anyway, I was taking it east after my hand marathon. Afterall, I don't take it easy to recover from injury I take it easy to prevent it. Thankfully, tightness seems to be gone and did not turn into pain. All I did was run less while incorporating different weight drills as recommended by my PT & stopping today every few miles for dynamic stretches & exercises if I felt any little thing. . Another PR for the books at the Red nose Half Marathon!!! Even better is I got to run with amazing people from TEAM RWB! At the looniest point the team found me, offered the opportunity to run my first half marathon, and made me a party of the family! It was a fun weekend doing a little 5K RWB for the Thanksgiving weekend. I came in first place overall in Sharon came in first place for females. Amanda enjoy the walking portion with a baby and then we all celebrated after while she was in town. Now to get ready for my half marathon (Red Nose Marathon). Where the proceeds go to charity!
