"Oh you’re one of those hooligans that Eben told me about where’s your partner in crime?" Inezo asked in a dull like tone.

"And you even talk like the old guys..." As he was unaware exactly where Isa was at present, the redhead disregarded the question also. He needn't be reminded of the deep knot of worry in his stomach. "Just don't tell them you've seen me, okay?" 

"Are you here to see Ansem the Wise?" Ienzo asked brifley

Rather than answering, green eyes shifted to the side as Lea muttered to himself. "Wow, I must have really lost my touch... Sure being caught by the guards, but the kid..." Exasperated, he gave a sigh. 

Aqua saw that expression but decided not to press it, “Well, it’s good to see you safe, I haven’t seen too many familiar faces after moving in with Zack.”

Nodding lightly, Lea forced a slight smile back to his lips, not wanting to cause her any worry. "Yeah, it's good to see you doing good as well." 

"Suuuuure they did~" 

"Hey, I didn’t want to attack him, if you met him you would understand," Aqua mumbled before smiling lightly, "It’s been a while since I’ve seen you."

His expression dropped somewhat at her statement before a hand reached to nervously rub the back of his head, his voice little more than a mutter. "Yeah, I've had some stuff to do...." 

"You became a murderer while I was gone?" 

"Oh! No no! I would never- there was just… a certain someone who found it funny to push buttons."

"Suuuuure they did~" 

"I still have to wash the corpse smell off my keyblade."

“Hmph, now you’re just exaggerating…” Lea muttered as a small pout began to form upon his lips, though of course he knew Isa was simply teasing him, he just could never hold back some kind of reaction. 

Although Isa’s remarks had become somewhat of a constant in their friendship, he did know when to stop and help Lea’s wounded ego. Hands were placed on his hips and he huffed a soft sigh, regarding the redhead with a look of mock-exasperation. “Maybe. Only a bit, though.”

"Only a little bit? Sure." Rolling his eyes lightly, the pout easily reverted back to his ever present light smile, unable to keep a tone of amusement from his voice. Even though Lea often appeared at least somewhat annoyed at Isa's teasing, he refused to let it really bother him and chose to often tease him in return instead. 

“But I’m too tired for running around right now.” He responded with a small groan, pulling the jacket tighter around him before his eyes widened at Isa’s words. “H-Hey! My room’s not that bad!” 

“Too cold and too tired—what a predicament.” Isa’s smile only widened at the other’s reaction; his teasing was always rewarded with something to provide amusement. “It kind of is. I remember once being surprised that I could see the floor.”
