Breaking a sweat every zPT appointment because recovering is my push & walking again is my motivation!!

Starting outpatient PT feels strange after about a year later but all for the benefit of my recovery as long as it helps me recover from my previous stroke is all that matters hard work pays off so I’m going in this new chapter with force. Let’s goooo, let’s get it!!

I can’t believe this COVID crap made my state close all gyms for two damn weeks!! 😩💔

Man I’m craving the gym soo bad lately!!!!!!!

Why don’t some people like coffee?! What’s not to like??!! It tastes sooo good!!!!!!!! 😋🤤😻🙌🏼❤️

I don’t know how but the gym is my happy place & gives me strength but I’m not talking about physical strength it’s more than just physical it’s also within.

Gym day today getting that strength in!!

One of the worse feelings is feeling sleepy, tired & groggy in the entire day time due to taking Benadryl caused by allergies...... yup I hate it!! 😒🙄😑🤦🏽‍♀️

I absolutely love that feeling you get after coming out of the gym..... you know that fatigue sore in your muscles feeling yea I love it! It makes me feel accomplished & like I achieved my goals!! 💪🏼😉👍🏼🙌🏼
