Tell me your thoughts, if you think a different character would fit better! (Xavier was so hard for me to pick so I feel like I could be easily swayed.)

🪥🦷 Lads men brushing their teeth head cannons 🦷🪥 🤷🏼‍♀️

Xavier - messy but consistent. A manual boy cause he doesn't see a difference. Even exhausted he will drag his ass to the bathroom and somehow achieve the necessary steps to put a toothbrush and also toothpaste in his mouth for two minutes every night. His level of exhaustion will equal the state of the bathroom in the morning, toothpaste cap ? No where to be found, sink not rinsed out toothbrush on the bare bathroom counter. Has lots of spares under the sink.

Zayne - Has his morning and nighttime bathroom routine down to a science, who is surprised? (I imagine the night routine is a little more thorough so we'll focus on that!) Water flosser, and sometimes string floss depending on what he last ate. Tongue scrapper, then a counted out thirty seconds of the strongest mouthwash. A special toothpaste for sensitive teeth of course! And a electric toothbrush with a charger cradle on the bathroom counter. Definitely keeps a pack of those one use toothbrushes in his center console and in his desk drawer.

Rafayel - (oh my dear sweet fish) I am unclear about what Lemurians would do for oral health but my instinct is to hear him say something like "human teeth are so fragile, once our adult teeth grow in they stay healthy and strong forever". And then the first time he goes to a dentist and learns what the word "halitosis" means he almost cries. So for the purposes of good oral hygine he starts to brush maybe once a day? Some extra minty toothpaste and mouthwash he remembers twice a week? Doesn't floss but will frantically search for a toothpick at least once a week. Doesn't! Put! The! Cap! Back! On! The! Toothpaste! (🤬 Bad fishie!)

Sylus - Had lived two lives where his teeth were a personality trait and not a physical attribute so takes good care of them in this life too. Is pretty consistent but will skip if he's too tired or half dead. Has all the little gadgets, mouthwash dispenser, the thing on the wall that holds toothpaste and your toothbrush at the same time. Has a fancy floss pick, the reloadable kind not the disposable kind. Electric toothbrush definitely, charger on the wall or somewhere else obnoxious.

Caleb - (I was torn on which part of his life to imagine him brushing his teeth in so this kinda applies to both?) The first time Caleb had a bathroom to his own was when he got his own apartment in Skyhaven so sharing one meant being good at doing things at the same time. Floss quickly, mouthwash and put on deodorant at the same time, toothbrush + toothpaste in mouth, brush for twenty seconds, fix hair, brush for thirty seconds, fix clothes, brush for ten seconds. Leave the shared bathroom while getting ready for school in the morning? (Rookie mistake) Finish brushing your teeth in the kitchen sink and hope you have time to put your toothbrush back. More methodical at night but sometimes he brushes in the shower because its "efficient and not gross".
