i recorded my reactions to reach of ice/turtleshell's journal to send to my friends and upon seeing this line i had a literally 9 minute long crashout about it because we STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE RABBITS MEAN!!!!!
any other theorizers out there PLEASE give me your thoughts on this. my only thoughts are that an upcoming character is a rabbit bestial (ID_SYMBIOTE maybe), there's a lawless king that can divide like morrigan but instead of crows it's rabbits, or it's purely symbolic to represent objects becoming prey animals to parasites
Morrigan does have a sister, mentioned in ep 70
I always assumed that the white rabbits the guide avoided must have something to do with Morrigan's sister, given they avoided the crows because of Morrigan
The person talking to nightcrawler at the end of gemini could also be Morrigan's sister
If it is Morrigan's sister, and she is associated with white rabbits, it would explain the rabbit imagery associated with Comet. I'm not sure about Dragonscale though. Maybe she'll meet this new lawless king too? Dragonscale's mom is also a lawless king so maybe the two know each other?
I do think this is Morrigan's sister and she's like. Morrigan but rabbits instead of crows. Maybe without the soul sucking?
sadly not piper, we already know her assigned animal and it's a unicorn, not a rabbit! that's why we see morrigan perched on a spiralling horn as well as a unicorn in gum's flashback. her object is also a driftwood flute, fun fact!
we also have hints that her ability isn't being able to split up like morrigan, but rather being able to control the minds of other objects:

so if piper can't split up like morrigan, it's extremely unlikely that piper is the one speaking to comet/nightcrawler in gemini. i don't think it's morrigan either for reasons i go into here, but i suppose it's not entirely out of the question? we have seen morrigan emerging from the sky before:
