But Really: Carlton has had multiple romantic and sexual relationships with women. When the series starts, the audience discovers Carlton is divorced from Victoria Parker. In the first episode, Carlton is having a secret affair with an officer named Lucinda Barry. He also has on screen romances with two women, Marlowe Viccellio.
In Season 4, Episode 12, Lassiter is hiding from āthe biscuit ladyā because he made out with her at the department picnic. A few moments later, he hides from a man with no explanation. Gus comments that it, āMust have been some crazy picnic.ā Itās implied that Lassiter made out with a man at the department picnic too.
Also, the Psych writers have tweeted that Lassiter is pansexual. So, there you go. Heās pansexual.
