 ”See, Lady?” He pointed to an illustration of a magic circle he had been looking for. “This is how we can do it.”

Lady looked at her brother then walked over to a nearby closet door, opened it and looked around for something

He followed her over to the closet. “Need help finding anything?”

"We'll make a day of it."

"S-sorry.." he murmured, not sure whether he was apologizing for flinching or for getting hurt in the first place.

"I was like that once, myself."

"Hello, Demyx. It’s been a long time."

"Oh, can't complain. Things have been quiet, thankfully. Which is unusual for the Digital World, but not unwelcome."

"Certainly, do so.  You’ve helped quite a lot, and by the looks of it efficiently as well."  Upon further observation it seemed like Wizardmon got the majority of the wiring done.  "You did quite a good job on this."  The older digimon held out his hand.  "I can finish the rest if you’d like."  With the way the wires were set up now Amir didn’t really need to worry about his claws piercing them unintentionally.

"I'm glad I could be of some use," he murmured, his earlier shyness returning with a vengeance. He adjusted his cloak to better cover his face, just to give himself something to do, and picked up the staff that he'd set aside. "It's been a while since I've worked with anything like this," he admitted.

"Don’t worry about the mess, we  can clean it up afterwards."

"I still have no idea what went wrong with the spell."

"There's nothing wrong with being a little blunt. Some people just need to know people better before they can be friends with them."

"Datamon might be able to make you a GPS that works in the Digital World. Maybe you can ask him."

"I haven't seen a Datamon in ages. Any idea where one might have set up shop?"

"It’s ok bro, you don’t have to swim in the ocean if you don’t want to. If you like, you can bring a book to read if that relaxes you. You’ll have to wear sunblock or your face will be as red as a Gullimon’s"

Wizardmon blushed slightly. "Well.. I suppose after something as eventful as this, the beach would be rather relaxing."

"I doubt GPS technology from the human world would work in the Digital World, but Datamon sounds like a good place to start."

"Yes, so I've noticed," he chuckled.

"I know what would relax you. How about a nice trip to the beach."

"The.. beach?" He looked a little nervous about the idea. "If that's what you want, Lady."

"how about we go and buy you one then? my treat."

"Don't be ridiculous, I'm not going to let you buy something like that for me. I don't know where to find a place that sells them in the Digital World, though. Any ideas?"

How he managed to work with that loud mouth of a sister of his was a test of patience (and a few curses when something went wrong when the Witchmon surprised him with her sudden outbursts of babble).  Though thanks to the pleasant silence, Amir surprisingly got his half of his machine done quicker than he expected.  He looked over the part of the digivice he completed and put the tools he was using back into his book.

"Sorry," he apologized reflexively. "I might need to take a bit of a break."

"S-sorry.." he murmured, not sure whether he was apologizing for flinching or for getting hurt in the first place.

"Really. They had good judgement, especially considering how young they were. I'm sure they surrounded themselves with good Digimon."

"I think by doing the gestures separately, we made the spell explosive. Do you want to try the spell once more or not?"

"I think I've had enough excitement for one day, personally," he replied as he cracked his back with a sickening pop. "I must be getting old."
