I love the fact that they recasted BlackPanther but not our T’challa “Chadwick Bosman” but made him his son. In a way they are not replacing him but recreating and giving us a new black panther without erasing Chadwick’s black panther. We will have a new T’Challa that is carrying his legacy!!! It’s awesome!!
And also Shuri carried the whole movie very well. The movie hits all the good spots.

Realizing the negative voice in my head was never my own. The negative voice is my trauma. I lived with that voice for so long that I believe in it. I allowed it to stop me from living my dream life. Growing up being bullied by my teachers in elementary school really fuck me up. I really believe that I wasn’t good enough. I really believe their lies. I’m grateful to know that it’s not my truth. I don’t have to shut down anymore. I can keep going. I can keep trying. I deserve my dream life. I have everything in me to create my dream life.

I know that this whole thing is not real. This whole experience is a trigger to me. It’s triggering me to face the part of me that I have neglected. The part of me that wants a relationship. The relationship that you have with her. The mirror is so cruel. I thought I wanted you but that is not the truth. My mind is poison. My subconscious mind is poison. My walls are up. I can only see what my poison mind and subconscious mind wants me to see. I’m trying. I’m tearing my walls down. I can feel it. I love me enough to change. I love me enough to not see the world through my poison mind and subconscious mind. I love me enough to know I deserve better. I love me enough to know my desires are valid. I love me enough to go after my desires. I love me enough to let love in.
The love of my life is me and should be me first.
Slowly discovering what my needs are and how to get my needs met. I know right now I’m confused, in pain, feeling crappy and not sure how to move forward. I know I can do it. I know I can figure it out. Surrender, trust and build momentum.

I don’t know why I feel that way. Something about this doesn’t feel right. You are a stranger I don’t know you. I don’t understand why I want you to mean so much to me. Maybe it’s my loneliness maybe... why am I hurting? I don’t want him to go. I don’t understand why I’m making such a big deal out of this. I’m telling myself that I’m dramatic. That this whole thing is nothing. It’s all in my head. But why do I feel like crap? Why?
A Reflection of my 2019 part 1
2019 was the worst and best year of my life. I made the biggest decision of my life to move to a completely different state. On January 20th, 2019 I rented a car packed it with my essentials and drove thousands of miles to my new home. I moved to Texas. Why did I move? Florida was my home. The beach, the warm weather, my friends and my family I was comfortable. I was in my comfort zone and with it came being stagnant. I was happy but I knew that I wasn’t my greatest. I was lazy. I had no ambitions. I was not even motivated to get myself a boyfriend and there was other stuff. So I moved. Here I am in Texas with some savings. No car, no job just an empty apartment. Within the first week, I bought a car and got a new job. I felt great but slowly things started to fall apart. I mean I’m in a new State alone out of my comfort zone. It hit me one day and the tears came. I cried and cried every day. I was depressed I had no motivation. I started second-guessing myself. Why did I move? Why? Financially I’m struggling, I’m making way less than I was making in Florida. I want to go back. I don’t have any friends. I just have my dogs and my cats. I felt lost. One day I decided to go on a dating app and start dating again. It’s been years one of my goals for my new life was to get a boyfriend so why not? I met a guy I pulled myself together and made the effort to actually text back and act interested. Finally, we went on our first date the only date and it was great. Right away we hit it off. I actually like this guy but yes there’s a but he will move next year or something. I started second-guessing this connection. I wanted him in my life anyway, I mean I was lonely he brought this light in my life. I needed him and yes I became codependent on him. And of course, he was a disappointment. I put all this expectation on this guy without considering him. He is not a bad guy. I wanted to use him to feel up my emptiness. Which is not fair to him at all. I should feel up my emptiness. I knew this wasn't right I made him my distraction wasting time instead of focusing on what actually matters in my life. The whole purpose of moving to new a State was to start over to change my life. I had cultivated a lot of habits that were no longer serving me and I had to unlearn them. Yet I was putting all my energy chasing a guy so I wouldn’t do the work. God, however, had plans for me. Even though I wanted to distract myself the work I needed to do on myself still found me. This guy came in my life and brought the side of me that I didn’t want to face my shadow. Everything came out, it was a nightmare the more I was chasing him the more things came up. I was confused and nothing made sense. I started therapy and with that, I was able to face my shadows. I had to do the work.

How can I change my life? What can I do make myself live in the joy?
I’m feeling in a slump right now. Bringing awareness to things that’s not working for me. Top of the list I feel like everything is a competition. The wave right now is all about what are people accomplishing and who is number 1. It’s troubling me because when my fave are not winning I get sad. The truth is I don’t want to care about those things. I just want to enjoy everything and not care about those things. Why am I having a reaction to this stuff? I don’t get it. Why do I even care about this stuff? They don’t serve me maybe my ego or I don’t know. I really don’t like this. I want to be joyful. I just want to be free of all those things. Seriously they are not serving me. This competition mindset I don’t want it. It’s making me sick.
I noticed I am not in alignment with that mindset it makes me sad and I can feel myself vibrating low. The disappointment, hate, anger, bitterness all those things. It just sucks. How can I rise up from this? How can I find peace among all this chaos, illusion?
How can I change my life and live in joy?
My desire is to live in joy! My highest purpose for my highest good. My truth to honor. I AM!
