Trying to remain keto after oral surgery. 8 years ago on the left and a few weeks ago on the right in clothes that are too big for me. On the left, I was 350+ pounds. I was able to lose some with a few yo-yo diets but I was always in the 300's. On the right....brand new mindset. I'm determined to never see 300 on a scale again. I don't do yo-yo diets or diet pills or the shake powder in some water 2 times a day. A lot of changes were made over the last 8 years and to think this pic was the night the change started.
