Why is this blog called "I love a lonely star"? Because during The Untamed's first fan meeting, GG sang Stefanie Sun's Kepler and changed the final verse from "reminding me I am also just a lonely star" to "reminding me I love a lonely star".
Ever since, I've loved this symbolism of a lonely star -- one that shines beautifully, gives us hope, but is also a bit heartbreaking. In a way, I think that feels similar to what GG&DD represent to us, turtles.

Okay. Sorry. I lied. That wasn't my last WYB birthday post... because HOW CAN I NOT SHARE when they publish a photo of him with DOUBLE (TRIPLE??????) EARRINGSSS!!!!! 😭
This bts is from May 4th. Their first table reading was on April 11th, i.e., in less than a month, DD (Mr. "I'm slow to warm to new people") was touching GG's stomach and leaving his hand there a little longer than necessary. 😏
