Why is this blog called "I love a lonely star"? Because during The Untamed's first fan meeting, GG sang Stefanie Sun's Kepler and changed the final verse from "reminding me I am also just a lonely star" to "reminding me I love a lonely star".
Ever since, I've loved this symbolism of a lonely star -- one that shines beautifully, gives us hope, but is also a bit heartbreaking. In a way, I think that feels similar to what GG&DD represent to us, turtles.

Well, I won't be able to exceed the beauty, emotion, and poetry of his official birthday letter (since it's written by the one who knows him so deeply and loves him so much)... but I'd just like to say a few things about this amazing human being.
WYB has accompanied me through many, many moments ever since late 2024. It all started with CQL, then moved to the behind-the-scenes videos, then to TTXS, then to UNIQ clips, then to his dance performances, then to ETU, then to his movies and dramas... and when I realized it, WYB had become a sort of security blanket for me.
Whenever I feel stressed, sad, burned out, overwhelmed, or just want a relaxing, fun time, I seek WYB.
I'm a CP fan, but I'm also a huge fan of WYB as the outstanding and unique individual he is. I'm glad the person who warms my heart and helps calm my soul seems to have found his own ways to enjoy life as he desires—be it in front of or away from the cameras.
I wish WYB many more laughs, sunny days, unexpected warm rain showers, full moons, restful pauses, bright stars, hidden waterfalls, cooling shades, uncharted trails, blue skies with white clouds, and moments that make his heart beat faster.
I wish him all the happiness and love in this world.
