I fr need someone around my weight to do daily weight checks with and tell eachother not to eat

Ended up binging yesterday so I'm gonna try not to eat today

I made it 3 days again!!! Broke my fast with pumpkin bread:3

What's a good time to go without eating? So far my longest is 64 hours and I usally go from 14-20

How the hell do I make green tea taste good? I'm so fucking picky I literally hate green tea so much

Who needs laxatives and gagging when you can just be lactose intolerant and give yourself food poisoning

3 days not eating, this is the longest I've ever gone and I'm scared to eat because what if I can't do this again?

Mom canceled my scale, gonna try to go to the shops tomorrow and get one and maybe some other things! I'll show when I get home
