So Spring Equinox is here and weather is only getting better which means more pictures! Teaching people right now and making new friends so hopefully more then just me and hopefully some collaborations. Since I haven't posted in awhile here's some pictures courtesy of Miss Angela Spicer

I spin both flowlights and ultralights

Wanted to upload just as the audio file but I'm sure people will appreciate that the youtube page has the download on it. This is a mix you hear on my speakers frequently when I'm spinning :)

Because a new skill set is always fun, try making some poi and pick up the art

Whether you spin or not these exercises are a good basis for coordination

Used some tubing with my lights and threw it up in the air, this was the most interesting of the results

Just playing around in Photoshop, the right is the original, center photos are the different filters that I applied, and the left is the finished product
