I do think this varies between locations, but the main issues I have with Walmart is (1) extreme security and camera placement (2) the harsh policy they have when caught (3) the amount of LP and (4) that any Walmart has the potential to beef up security at any moment. I just wouldn’t recommend for beginners, although Target is much worse imo.

For stores like this where 99% of the time you have to conceal openly on the sales floor the amount of time it takes for you to make an exit following the concealment of merchandise is critically important. Even if they are already keeping an eye on you because you are showing sus behavior, most store policies dictate they can’t engage with you or make accusations until they actually see you pocket an item. Obviously all stores are different and many employees do not follow official policy, but the point still stands. The longer it takes for you to navigate from your blind spot to the front doors, past the exit greeter and through the alarm towers, across the parking lot, into your car and driving away, etc.., the more time loss protection has to catch up and apprehend you.

Most vocal anti-lifters will never admit to this because they know it comes off as petty, so instead they justify their stance by wrapping the whole issue up as a moral thing. On some level they know that it sounds far more noble to be against lifting because stealing is amoral than because they are jealous that someone is getting free shit.

I was off last night and I decided to go into my store anyway because one of my favorite vendors was there are people from 💄👑 are fucking great I aways get free stuff from them. I had gone to tjm@x and there was a cat eye too faced pallete that I lifted there. This lady followed me in her car across town and bursted into my main store and she is this stupid white soccer mom with like 8000 kids in tow. She literally yells “THERE SHE IS OFFICER THATS THE SHOPLIFTER!!!!!” Pointing at me. The officer then stares at her then me. His name is Jacob and he starts laughing i’ve known Jacob probably about three years now he is the cop that patrols my strip mall. Now this bitch grabs my purse and we start having a tug of war and my medication that I filled earlier in the day goes flying out since it’s ADHD medicine it has a pretty high street value she then accuse me of being a drug dealer at this point my face is red and I’m crying my medication is extremely expensive because like I’ve said in a former post I don’t have insurance. At this point the cops were called and I’m bawling my eyes out and my coworkers and customers in the stores were staring at me I’m so embarrassed thank God I emptied the pallet into my car I had to call my psychiatrist and my pharmacy and they won’t fill it even though what happened I’m so angry I want to die. I had to talk to a lawyer today and I’m going to press charges with the stupid bitch I don’t care if she has 8 billion kids I’m taking her to court I hate people like this. I haven’t been able to find my medication bottle and we can’t find it on Camera I think a customer might have taken it I’m so embarrassed am I doing the right thing by taking her to court?

When it was all said and done she ended up paying out over 10,000$ and had to serve time. Its well worth it it take her to court and taker her for all she’s worth.

So basically we went to fye first. We got some nice socks. Everything is okay, no beeping on the way out. We then go to a few other stores. Then hot topic. BEEp BeEP BEEEEP. Loud ass hot topic sensors go ballistic. The staff was chill though. We left. No beeping?? K. We figure it was because the tower was sensitive and maybe someone was holding something close by. Went to boxlunch. BEEp BEEp BEeeP. Frick ok. Staff just welcomed us in. Okkkk. Then we left. No beeping..? Ok retard. We go back to the car and check our hauls. The. Fucking. Socks. In both of our socks was an rfid. Little demons were really hiding in there cause i checked the socks in fye. 😣

Well, my urban outfitters is located in a pretty old building which has many corners where people don’t go/ are not in use so I just picked it up as if I were inspecting it, put some clothes over it and took it to the unused area !! Then I ended up in the dressing room to double check there was nothing that could set it off, wandered back downstairs and took my time leaving ( looking at other clothes before getting to the store entrance ) and just left ASAP !! It was probably one of the biggest adrenaline rushes I’ve ever had with lifting lol!

The kanken and the chillys bottles got me so sussed and was very hard to lift so they better not break on me 😤😤 the total was £1268.76 hit up my peach @milkiierose for all the haul photos and the list
