-Thecis is the oldest of the 3 siblings, having a 4 year difference between him and Azareth and a 2 year difference with his sister. He was as raised as sort of a 'trial run', by his parents not knowing where to apply pressure and when not to. Most of the pressure applied to him was for his career, his mother, Dorette, especially wanted him to have a secure future in the force.

-He is a violinists! He was semi-hesitant to lean into his instrument, since he really wanted to be a guitarist like his father, but ultimately he couldn't grasp the instrument as well as the violin. He grew a bit jealous when his younger brother, Azareth, inherited the guitar from their father.

-His magic is something however that he embraced, he can summon an area around him surrounded with small vines that grasp and hold a person in place. That magical ability is something that Azareth looked up to, his chains however seemed to break or disappear, unable to hold a target down due to the lack of Concentration.

-Thecis is the try-hard of the family, always trying to be the first one in everything, even in unimportant things. This resulted in a small rivalry with his sister, who is naturally competitive.

-Azareth generally looked up to Thecis for everything, seeing his older brother be the example of a "perfectly normal and well adjusted person", which kind of made him copy his older brother. A lot. In almost everything. Thecis and their mother weren't too happy about that however.

-While his mother pushed him a lot to have a secure future, she is somewhat disappointed that Thecis prefers and finds comfort in conformity instead of finding his own voice. However she is proud of the person he's become.

-Out of the 3 siblings, he is the one ranking highest in the force, acting as a Staff Sergeant. He is looked up to by lower ranking members for his leadership capabilities.

-He is actually married to another staff sergeant, a woman named Ragna. They met during training, years ago and seemed to have a small rivalry between them, Ragna usually ended up first however. Originally, Thecis grew frustrated with this, but with time he learned that he wasn't always gonna be in first place. Now they often pin friendly bets on who's squad is the best between the two.

-Azareth and Thecis grew apart more and more as they both grew older, Thecis felt as if his younger brother held him back when it came to their magic and was glued onto his side constantly, however Azareth doesn't seem to have picked up to his brother's fatigue. He assumes that they still have the same tight-knit bond they had as kids.

-He was born into the Falk family, but was never too serious about either his lineage or his job as a Bard-Knight. When he was in his "prime" that made him seem like a "rebel" of sorts. Even tho he was just screwing around trying to have fun.

-Much like Azareth, he is also a guitarist, he is the one who gave Azareth his guitar when he saw that his youngest son has taken a huge interest in it. Azareth still plays on this guitar, years later on.

-Currently he is no longer participating in scouting missions or combat, acting as a dispatcher. However due to the many years he's served he has lot of respect from his higher-ups and those in lower ranks.

-He met Dorette as his higher-up when he first joined the force. He found her somewhat up-tight nature unnecessary at first, not realizing that she'd worked her way up the ranks instead of being put in the force by her family, since she came from a working class family, unlike him. That earned his respect.

-Dorrete found his laid-back nature somewhat endearing, given that it was a STARK contrast from the general vibe of the force. She enjoyed his teasing and found his, arguably childish, jokes funny. The two maintain a teasing nature to their relationship even after decades of marriage.

-Bravidh seems to have a lot of trouble connecting with all of his children, never really knowing how to approach their more "serious" issues without throwing in a joke or trying to make the situation lighter. He usually opts into "quieter" or secret actions to show that he cares about them. Azareth often has trouble reading his intentions because of it, since it feels like mixed signals to him.

-During his career, he sabotaged his own career path so Dorette could have the opportunities she normally wouldn't have obtained, given her family status.

I think Sarwan is a character who clings onto the childhood pirate tales he used to read or write, a lot. Given that he always wanted to be a writer, I think this child-like whimsy would be something he lost throughout the years, but would desperately try to recreate through every single one of his actions. That would be more apparent through his novel, where the main character can do no wrong, by the narrative itself (not a good writing advice!!).

The pure intended childhood stories he used to make for fun and to combat the loneliness, shifted into a novel where he inserts himself into the boots of the main character, echoing his own life and elevating the weight of his real life choices and axtions, through the pages of the book.

-Dorrete, unlike most members of the Knight-Bard army of Lindholmburg, comes from a working-class family. She managed to enter the ranks through sheer hard work and determination. She struggled a lot to climb the ladder in her work environment but managed to obtain the role of Lieutenant.

-She's a pianist! Even though it doesn't seem like it, she's still a string player (pretty sure piano's are string instruments lol), thus placing her in the category of AOE much like her 2 sons and husband. She summons 88 large pins around a certain radius (fun lil piano pun I guess?)

-She met her husband, Bravidh, while in the force, and ended up marrying into his family which happened to be a high class family, thus marrying into the Falk family and adopting their name. Their relationship is pretty stable regardless how different the two are and how reclusive Dorette became after her youngest, Azareth, was born.

-The reasons for her reclusiveness is unknown to her kids, which put a strain to their relationships as they grew older. However she seems to get along better with her daughter, Maspira (who happens to be the middle child) rather her 2 sons, given that she seemed to become more untrammelled, which is what her goal was when it came to raising her kids. Regardless she still loves her kids equally, even if they can't meet each other eye to eye, (especially with Azareth)

-She has a pet dog who she adores named Elis. Elis is basically like the family pet that has lived far longer than anyone would've expected.

-He's a guitarist who was quite bad at his nepo-baby job. The Bard-Knights of Lindholmburg are divided according to instrument, placing Azareth in the AOE category since he's a string player. But he was quite bad at it, lacking the magical Concentration needed to pull off what was asked of him, thus rendering him a relatively weak link in the force. However he used to have the leverage of being from a well known and liked family in Lindholmburg.

-Since the way every person's magic manifests differently, making it personal to each individual, Azareth can summon 6 chains he has full control of, from any solid surface. (Including his own guitar lmao)

-Bard-Knights usually come from either rich or influential families, making it a tradition to have family crests and custom-made armour. Azareth's family crest is the one depicted on the chest plate. Also they tend to keep names in the family, making him Azareth Falk The 9th
