DID SOMEONE SAY ENEMIES TO LOVERS

Kyoko and Junko’s actual potential dynamic as adversaries is what everyone THINKS Shuichi and Kokichi’s dynamic as adversaries would be. Except that obviously instead of thieving its murder. These two are Hannibal and Will Graham. They’re Light and L. They are the fine line between enemies and lovers, suspicious of one another but dancing around anything incriminating. And on top of that they’re teenage girls discovering hormones! OF COURSE THEY FALL IN LOVE.

These two are both analytical in extremely different ways; Junko is capable of predicting near anything that might occur in the world and her vicinity, whereas Kyoko is capable of piecing together any mysterious past circumstances to the extent her specialization is “impossible crime.” Their abilities pass and complete each other! Neither ever truly present in the moment, both back-to-back, looking in different directions.

Kaede/Mukuro

Kaede, looking at a known war criminal who has committed mass murder but she has cute freckles: I can fix her

Mukuro in IF is so startled by any sign of group inclusion or affection, and Kaede is so relentlessly invested in befriending the people around her. If these two were put in a killing game together Mukuro would’ve broken IMMEDIATELY. THH had no unifying emotional force until the very end of the game. If Kaede had said out loud “once we leave, let’s all be friends!” Mukuro would’ve just straight up run the whole gamut of the death road of despair with no pause

Listen. Kaede would find Mukuro so hot. We all know it. Kaede is attracted to every girl in V3 but she is MOST NOTABLY attracted to the murderous ones. Just a glance at Mukuro and she radiates disinterest. Pre-game Kaede was a Mukuro stan the same way Tsumugi was a Junko stan. Kaede has a Mukuro body pillow. Look into your heart you know it to be true
