brownie recipe :D
fuck it, here's my brownie recipe its so good trust me it's gonna be the best brownies you'll ever have (its so good im close to crying and im not even kidding)
ingredients:
butter [100g]
cocoa powder [3/4 cup]
instant coffee [1 tsp]
dark chocolate [150g-> 100g + 50g]
eggs [3]
vanilla extract [1tsp]
brown sugar [1 3/4 cup] (add 1 or 1 1/4 cup if you want it less sweet?)
salt [a pinch]
flour [3/4 cup]
walnuts[optional]
recipe:
preheat the oven at 180c/360f for 10 mins
the chocolate mixture-
first, put the butter in a pan and heat it until it browns [yeah that just means the butter turns brown and it bubbles, make sure it doesn't burn too much even if it does a little it will turn out fine tho lol]
now while the butter is browning, dice up more than half of your chocolate bar into small pieces and set that aside in a bowl.
now, when your butter has browned transfer it in the same bowl as the diced up chocolate [also one more step to recognize if your butter has browned is its smell...] this will melt the chocolate into the butter
now add the cocoa powder and coffee powder and mix it well until it turns into a smooth paste.
the main bowl-
in a separate, larger bowl, add 3 eggs.
add the brown sugar in and whisk it until you barely feel any sugar granules in between ur finger [you can blend the sugar into a fine powder beforehand if you want, to make it easier]
add the chocolate mixture in this bowl and mix it until the batter turns brown.
add the flour
add the vanilla extract and the salt in the batter.
now add the chocolate bar that is remaining, dice that up before tho and encorporate it into your batter. you can add some diced up walnut in the mix too.
also to make it look more pretty you can place diced up chocolate/walnut above the batter
now transfer the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and top them with more diced walnuts if you want.
put it in the preheated oven at the same temp for 30 mins!
