Haven't really been updating, but over the christmas holidays i gained all the way back to 65kg :(, but i've gotten back on track and i'm just hit 62.1 kg :)

12/12/2022 and 15/01/2024 nuts

hey y'all, sorry I haven't been very active atm... Just been pretty busy with life and stuff. I just wanted to share an update on my progress so far :)) My 1 year difference

15/01/2023 - 85kg

15/01/2024 - 67.5kg

My journey has been really, really inconsistent and I only got down to 80kg in like April 2023, Then I was 72kg in November. Then on the first of January I hit 70kg and have been losing steadily. This year already 2.5kg in 15 days :)!!

So very inconsistent but this year i've been going pretty good and I plan on hitting 65kg by the 31/01/2024.

If anyones wondering how I've been doing this is I've just been eating under 1,500 cals a day and moving more. Just a walk in the morning and some yoga and abs after. If anyone wants any more tips on their diet or weight loss/ana journey feel free to ask :)

Another thing I do is I watch a lot of Michelle McDaniel and TheCynicalDude, They really helped to change my mindset and keep me motavated.
