It takes a little fiddling with the recording device to finally see his own image on the small screen, allowing a curve to form on his lips to flash a small, almost timid smile. Behind him stands a large prop to replicate an airplane with a few seats lined up in front of it. While a majority of the set is lit by usual, common lights found in many filming locations, a row of blue lights sway at random points, sometimes falling on his face. A quick clearing of his throat after narrowing his eyes a little to read some of the first few comments leads in to his greeting. “Hello everyone, I’m GOT7’s maknae, Kim Yugyeom. Right now, I’m on the set of our upcoming broadcast for our live premiere of FLY, prior to any music broadcasts. We’ve prepared a really cool performance for everyone who has waited patiently for this comeback so in a while, you’ll be able to see a better, improved GOT7.” Another pause follows during which Yugyeom steps aside a little and guides the camera in a semicircle to show off a little of the stage set up for their use later; for a little more of a dramatic touch, he makes an airy sound replicating that of a plane taking off before bursting into laughter. Soon enough, he’s back in focus, a small noise of complaint leaving his mouth when one of the blue lights lands right in his eyes and he turns, enough to give an even better view behind him of the well-lit city some few miles away. “GOT7 have prepared a lot for this upcoming album,” he begins, tone levelled though enthusiasm would easily slip through particularly when he continues talking about the group’s most recent release, “and as some of you may have seen from the credits, all of us had a hand in almost every track so we hope you’ll listen to it well. Actually… While FLY has been released not too long ago along with the music video, this isn’t all we have in store for iGOT7s. Besides the concerts which we’re currently constantly rehearsing for, we hope you all look forward to our second single due for release in April!” At this point, a smile which can only pass off as a proud one stretches his lips in a bigger, more noticeable smile and even if the fans in the comments section already compliment him for his more active involvement with tracks, Yugyeom still makes it known. “Home Run is a song our leader…JB hyung spent quite a lot of time making so we’re all looking forward to the responses—ah, rap?” Suddenly distracted by the numerous encouragements for him to do so, the idol finds himself grinning, quite determined to go ahead and do so but a call of his name from one of the many stylists has his eyes flicker up beyond the screen of the phone he was given to record. When he looks back in the focus of the camera, he wears an expression full of regret, even jutting his lower lip out just a little to form a slight pout. “Sorry, but you’ll all have to wait until the broadcast but it’s not long left you have to wait! Catch us going live in less than thirty minutes for our Flight Log premiere so don’t go anywhere and tune in! Until now, this has been GOT7’s Yugyeom.”
