It can be overwhelming. Having quick naps and then dreaming. The dreams might have something to tell me. When dreaming or the recent dreams I have, I'm scared of my future. Sure I'll get a job I wanted and be able to take care of my brother, but just being alone. With no person to come home to or lay down next to. Honestly it's the worst feeling for me. You know grant it I have family, relatives, and friends to make me feel not lonely. It's just relationship wise I feel lonely. I messed up many times in my life and just wondering what happens now? Will I be alone forever? No one to wake up next to and say love you too? Yikes this is eating me up.

No I'm not an expert. Recently I started to walk on a treadmill for at least 45 mins. Why? Cause there are times I can't sleep at night and really want to tire myself so I go do this. That and because well, I felt like I needed to XD. Anyways I know this is only for walking on a treadmill but I'm no fitness expert, guru, or whatever. I only do this cause my family has a history of galp and health problems and they want me to be healthy. So this is what I have been doing. I will keep doing this for a long time. If anyone like some critic wants to talk bad about this you know what? Go ahead just know this is what I'm doing! I don't care if I lift those small 3lbs or 5lbs small dung bells at my bedroom at the weekends for 45 minutes. It may not get me big huge muscles but it's something. I know this isn't much, but to me it is much cause I'm determine to get up or stay up and go to the treadmill and just walk to relax me. Plus I love walking anyway especially at where I go to college at night time XD
