I want to live somewhere far away. Just for a summer. By the ocean. It’s fine if I’m all alone. I want to keep traveling and experiencing other lives besides my own. Yelapa was quiet it was simple and freeing. Sweden was cute and cozy. We got drunk on mulled wine and ate cinnamon rolls every day. Iceland was wet and intense. Green and dark. Like when I look into my memories of it I see the black sand beach, Sara’s black rain suit, the waterfall surrounded by black wet rocks. A steamy cloud surrounding everything. And I like having these totally different pictures painted in my memory. Even if they are just my own.
