My New Years resolution is to stop wondering if I’m good enough for other people and start wondering if they’re good enough for me.

Too many young people being pressured to have their life together instead of just enjoying it.

Take me to a place where my heart can heal, where my mind can rest, where my body could relax and where i’m not a mess

another thing my therapist told me is u cant change who u are but u can grow. like u can change ur behavior but u cant change the experiences that have shaped u…all u can do is learn new things and add to urself and make those demons a smaller less impactful part of who u are…u do have to carry them with u but u dont have to indulge or listen to them
