I think I'm gonna do food logs cuz theyre fun. TODAY I WAS LIKE TRYING TO DECIDE IF I WANTED TO EAT OR NOT IT WAS SO BAD. Lots of going back and forth, so its higher than I'd like. Still a LOT less than I'd eat if I wasnt tracking so I'm doing pretty good.

- patty of a school burger (rlly gross)
- some curly fries (YES IK)
- a lil bit of yogurt my friend gave me
(I didnt actually do the exact math for this but I'm guessing its around 260 cuz of how much I ate and the normal amount in my school's food)

This is higher than I'd like, but I'm rlly prone to binging so I think I did good. My blood sugar also didnt drop like all day!! Rlly awesome.
