This is an accurate description of my life

This drug is actually giving me my life back. I’ve had two infusions so far and I’ve now been able to return to work and I feel like an actual human rather than sleepwalking through each day. The last 3 days I have had the motivation and energy to either go swimming or the gym, something that a few weeks ago would have been near impossible. I still get some fatigue but it is nothing compared to before and I’m able to manage it a lot better. I was terrified before to start treatment and now I look forward to infusion days. I’m always going to live with #sarcoidosis as unfortunately there is no cure but I’m finally starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel now. #uveitis #infliximab #remicade #chemotherapy #osteopenia #cushingsdisease #immunosuppressed #prednisone

It’s been 2 days since my first Infliximab infusion and I’m already feeling and seeing the difference. For the last year or so I’ve had massive bags under my eyes from steroid injections and extreme fatigue. They are already starting to fade and I’m feeling a lot more like my old self again. Not having to use half a tonne of concealer all the time is gonna be good too 😂 #Infliximab #sarcoidosis #uveitis

Had my first day of treatment today. Went really well and was in and out in 4 hours. Feeling a bit tired and achy now but should pass soon. Next infusion is in 2 weeks time. I’m really hopeful that this might finally be the right treatment for me #infliximab #remicade #sarcoidosis #uveitis #chemotherapy
