DEVOTIONAL | "A Call to Gideon, a Call to Us All..."
Remember Gideon was the least of the least whom felt unworthy, was doubtful & often fearful. He required signs, & re-confirmations. However, God did use him, but gave him a bit of a test back; that even though his troops were much less than the enemy at 32,000, God had those filled with fear removed which were 22,000, then had those who knelt to drink water, verses standing to drink reverently from their hands, removed which was 9700, leaving Gideon with just 300. This 300 ended up defeating the enemy by not even raising a sword, just their loud confident voices & the clanging on metal.
