“So, what do we do? Accept it? Use it as like, a girlboss moment?” You asked, frowning as you fidgeted with your phone. 

Suguru hummed. “You can spin it as promotion for your album. Take control of a situation that you didn’t have a say in. Maybe a press junket and I’ll see if I can maybe press charges against the original poster.” Suguru smirked, snapping his fingers to an assistant. “Write that down.”

That sounded like a logical plan. Many celebrities did that. Maybe you could profit from this horrible situation and put the person who did this behind jail or at least, give them a very hefty fine. 

You couldn't help the small smile that graced your lips when your producer spoke, nodding as you sniffled slightly. “Okay. Thank you, Suguru.” You mumbled softly, going over to hug him.

The purple-eyed man chuckled, wrapping his arms around your waist. “I always got my girl.” He grunted out before pulling away. 

“Now, why don’t you go and freshen up. You have rehearsal. Maybe we could hit the studio up later, okay?” 

You nodded, taking a deep breath to relax yourself. “Can’t believe I forgot about that.”

A shower sounded better than sex right now, and your muscles definitely begged for relaxation.

Said future relaxation was very quickly out of the picture the moment your phone rang. 

The cute ringtone was the only noise for a moment before you grabbed your phone. 

You froze, looking down at the contact. Sukuna.

“Sukuna’s calling me.” You said, taking a shaky sigh. “God, he’s gonna kill me. Or you. Or someone. Do I answer?” You blurted out, the panic that swept you making you dizzy. 

Suguru perked up at that. “Yeah, you’re good. Go to the bathroom.” 

You answered with a desperation that surprised even yourself after closing the door. 

“Hey, sorry to call you but…I guess you heard the news. Can we meet up?” His voice was raspy, as if he was trying to stay quiet. 

You couldn’t help crossing your legs while you leaned against the sink, remembering that raspy tone in many other scenarios. 

You took your time to answer, tilting your head while you picked at your lips. “You’re not mad?”

The snort Sukuna let out was audible even through your broken speaker. “I would never be mad at you, doll. It’s not like you’re the one that leaked it.”

He wasn’t wrong. But you’d figured he’d be at least a bit frustrated at the fact that, well, you two broke up and then this happened. 

But that nickname turned your brain into mush. 

Doll.

It was his staple for you. It wasn’t a coincidence that that word was used so much in your music. It just reminded you of him every time. 

You couldn’t help the small smile on your lips. It was nice talking to him again. 

“It’s…complicated. I’m kinda being screwed by the media.”

Sukuna’s jaw tightened at your words, already packing his bags in his room. 

It wasn’t fair that you were being called names and being judged despite him also being in the video. But he always knew that what he did would always be less scandalousing than if a woman did it.

He threw some shirts and hoodies in his bag, with some sweatpants and jeans. 

“I’ll deal with them.”

You scoffed, shaking your head. “I can handle myself. We’re not together anymore. Besides, for being an F1 driver, you’re really sketchy.”

Sukuna cackled at that, going over to the bathroom to grab his toiletries. 

“I started as a street racer, of course I’m gonna have contacts. Red Bull only buys me shit when I’m driving for them. That’s why I need those contacts to move around.”

You rolled your eyes, looking out the window. “You have a guy for everything.” You remembered with a chuckle. 

Sukuna smiled at your laugh, cheeks heating up while he stashed his razor and soaps in a ziploc and throwing them in the bag. 

“...Can we meet? What’s happening also involves me too, you know. And I want to help however I can.” He said in a surprisingly earnest tone. 

You blushed at his concern. “Yeah, we can meet. You’re arriving tomorrow?” You asked softly.

He hummed, quickly brushing his teeth while undressing. “Shiu’s arranging everything. We’re going by jet.”

The silence that followed was awkward as you looked down. “We can meet after my rehearsal. I have a shoot after so we can go eat in between.”

Sukuna spat in the sink. 

“A shoot? Why didn’t-...” He bit back his retort, pursing his lips.

“Fine. I’ll make Shiu rent out Serge’s.” The pink haired man sighed. 

“Great. It’s a date then.” You blurted out mindlessly before stuttering. “A meeting. I’ll go with Suguru. Who’s going with you?”

Sukuna paused, thinking about it. “...Toji and Shiu. Maybe Gojo if he isn’t acting like a little bitch. He’ll distract the paps if anything.”

You smiled, standing upright. “I’ll tell Suguru that they’re coming. You can all stay in the mansion.”

Sukuna froze at your words before opening one of his cabinets, eyeing the box of condoms.

“You sure? I can get a hotel-”

“I’m sure. Besides, I think we need to talk.” Your tone literally sent goosebumps over his body and he hummed, grabbing the box with shaky fingers and shoving it in the bag with closed eyes. 

“Yeah, sure. Whatever. I’m gonna go take a shower. Bye.”
