â˘yâall deserve a pamper/spa day once a week. Donât be afraid to go all out đ
â˘run a hot bath for yourself. Add bath salts, bath bombs and even some petals. The fancier the better. Light some candles and turn off the lights. Play some calming music and just relax.
â˘after relaxing, use a body scrub to exfoliate your whole body. You can also use an exfoliating mitt/gloves. Or you can do both.
â˘then lather yourself in conditioner and shave everywhere. (Olive oil for your đą) Conditioner everywhere else will have you soft as a babyâs butt.
â˘after shaving use a non fragrance body wash. This gets all the dirt and sweat and all that nasty stuff off you. Afterwards, go in with your favourite smelling body wash. You can use this 2 or 3 times over to smell even better, just make sure you get all of it off at the end.
â˘moving onto hair, soak your hair in warm water. Donât use hot water, it can cause hair loss. Use a really good smelling shampoo and shampoo your hair 2-3 times. This will make sure all the grease is gone and it smells the best. Then go in with a matching conditioner and lather the ends in it. Leave this in for 2-3 minutes and rinse.
â˘if youâre feeling extra fancy, you can use a scalp exfoliant.
â˘now out of the bath, lather yourself in lotion. It can be non fragranced or scented. Girlll, yo skin be glowing!
â˘if you want to give yourself a manicure, first soak your hands for 5-7 minutes in lukewarm soapy water. Use a gentle sugar scrub to exfoliate. Pat dry, then use nail tools to push back your cuticles and file your nails to your desired shape. Then paint them whatever colour you want. After they dry, use cuticle oil and hand lotion to make your hands extra soft.
â˘now onto skincare. Cleanse your face like normal, then use an exfoliating scrub. Massage this in for about 40 seconds, then rinse. Use a face mask for whatever skin issues you have. Afterwards, continue your routine like normal.
â˘to whiten your teeth, you can use whitening powder, strips or a diy whitening treatment. After this, floss, rinse your mouth with mouthwash and then brush for 2-3 minutes.
â˘after all this, jump into bed and relax! You can watch Netflix or YouTube, or just read or go to sleep. Whatever you decide, enjoy! You deserve it girl!
