I too am chichimec otomi (cuz Iβm 5β0) from Guanajuato (never been I just know Iβm from there) and San Luis and Indigenous Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian and Oklahoma Choctaw and Chicano as hell and Native American (Mono) and Chamorro and Czech and Irish but not black jewish or Arab. Iβm not just mixed-race I am all the races
love people harassing me because I called them out for racism, totally not racist. Yeah itβs not racist to judge and doubt my entire ethnic history. just look at how Iβm treated by my own people, pretty fucked right. You can have all your fucking documents, and family history known and theyβll still doubt you.
Iβve never been judged by natives in person, NEVER, they accept me for who I am. Also listing every ethnicity I am, is totally not racist, I didnβt even take a dna test to know about those.
my family came from a small village in Guanajuato, my great grandfather was murdered, so my great grandmother moved to America and became a grape farmer. She had my grandmother who eventually met my biological grandfather, who was from Puerto Rico. Someone in my family was Ecuadorian, yet I donβt know who. They had my mother and split off, my papa is mono, he raised my mom, taught her things, took her to AIM meetings, when my brother was sick he was given a blessed medicine bag by my papa. My papa helps native Americans with their alcohol addiction, he cares about our community.
My dad grew up mixed race, he was raised Mexican, his stepfather my grandfather was Mexican from Mexico City. My grandmother was Czech, German and Irish, as a kid she grew up around the Gaelic language (which these people ridiculed me for) she never quite learned the language. Her family had left Austria Hungary during ww1, and had survived a concentration camp in ww2.Β
my grandpa was mixed race too. He was Guamanian, his mother had been put in a concentration camp during ww2, but she was tough and survived. His dad was Irish, and Native American, Choctaw specifically, this in itself is a wonderful love story, two cultures that helped each other. they had left Oklahoma a long time ago, and assimilated into white culture. These two met when his dad was stationed on Guam, he was a fighter pilot, and owned many planes.
my dad taught me to appreciate all my cultures, and be proud of my ethnic heritage, I grew up surrounded by culture, unlike these miserable people.Β
I am a wonderful mix of a bunch of wonderful cultures. And even if people ridicule me for it, like my entire family has been ridiculed, I donβt care. Because I know who I am.
this is the face of people from different cultures loving each other, and maybe that upsets you, but Iβll always exist.
Never feel insecure about who you are, other mixed race people, you are the love of people that were very different from each other.
the only reason I put tags, was because I want people to see the discrimination mixed race people face day to day.
