idk something about bob and zemo both experiencing being alone, being lost to their feelings, etc… zemo being non judgmental of bob because he’s been in a similar dark place… yeah i think they would relate a lot

on the basis of zemo being against the idea of superhumans/super soldiers, i don’t think he would harbor many negative feelings towards bob since he was taken advantage of, similar to how bucky and zemo had some closure at the end of his time in the falcon and the winter soldier. I think zemo would instead have beef with valentina because she was in charge of the whole experimentation program. big fan of zemo and valentina beef
