For those that are interested in the language that I am currently making! I’m making a conlang called Nara, it’s still in it’s early steps of writing and doesn’t have any words just yet so don’t come dming me and asking what are some of the words lol. You can follow the process of development for the language on my Youtube channel where you can hear all of the sounds and even few the timelapses behind how I chose those sounds.

væch’s writing system is an abugida! Meaning you write out all of the consonants and then modify those symbols with the symbols of the vowel after the consonant. It was pretty interesting to make an abugida, but relatively easy. It didn’t take too long either! Please give me some tips for the writing system!

So i was in the dentist today and decided to get the ipa done for væchian(væch for short). The languages ipa is pretty cool but im still working on the writing system, orthography, and much, much more!
I hope the image is pretty good. Im still an amature when it comes to tumblr. But from what ive seen so far the site is pretty fun and inspiring! This is how you pronounce the symbols
consonants:
[m]→ma‖[b]→ba‖[v]→va‖[t]→ta‖[ʃ]→sha‖
[k]→ka‖[ɡ]→ɡa‖[ɾ]→(sounds like the japanese sound れ(ɾe))‖[r]→rolled r like spanish‖[ɬ]→hluh‖[ʧ]→cha‖[w]→wa‖[ʍ]→hwa
vowels:
[i]→pronounced like enɡlish e‖[e]→eh‖[ø]→pronounced like ɡerman ö‖[a]→pronounced like å‖[æ]→sounds like the a in cat cAt‖[ə]→uh‖[o]→o
