           TSUBAKI  understands and respects the meaning behind this second day, and she would gladly honor it for anyone else… But him ?  Her former Captain — and more appropriately, her friends’ former tormentor ?  

           She takes a long, languid sip of the drink in her hand ( she’s already tempted to spring for another ), eyes focused intently on the cup’s contents. Her close-knit brows and tightly-pressed lips indicate she’s in no mood to acknowledge his mere presence. 

                --”AH THIS IS...   Awkward,”   he’d only come to the event with the intent of getting into some mischief,   but the mood had significantly dampened his spirits,   and it no longer seemed appealing.   He’d had several drinks after that,   but they’d done nothing noticeable.
