Okay so I couldn't find any actual Tumblr posts related to it but I just remembered one of my favorites from my last blog
It basically had to deal with how people leave little pieces of themselves in our lives in ways we can never fully expect or account with. Specific phrases, hobbies, memories, places, items, etc.
There are just so many ways, many of them subtle, people influence us. Even years after we've last talked to them, certain activities or situations remind us of them. Brief emotional flashbacks to our connection and relationship with them.
