Who was the source, for the origin of the name Huarache?

I would like to know the source that claims the word "Huarache" is from Kwarachi?

It seems everyone believes Wikipedia.

Consider that pre-Hispanic footwear was called "Cactli" and "Cotaras." These words lead to the names of sandals: "Cacles" in Puebla and Oaxaca, "Caites" in Chiapas, Guatemala, and Nicaragua, and "Cutarras" in Panama.
