genuine question: how do you survive an entire work day, much less a week, without falling asleep?? coffee does nothing for me, and no matter how much i sleep the night before, i'm still exhausted... do i just have issues or is this normal?

yeah you need to go see a doctor, it could either be an issue with your sleep quality or another health issue (esp endocrine issues). also make sure you’re fueling your body eating enough and getting well balanced meals in. but yeah go see a dr when I was like that turned out I had a thyroid issue and adhd
