I'm honestly having the hardest time. I keep reminiscing on last year before a forced recovery. I was at my lowest weight, and I honestly totally and fully miss that pain. Any tips on getting back into the mindset? I need it so bad, it's just so hard to accept the lost progress and not binge. Counting calories is almost impossible in my household, and I for some reason have never been able to "p#rg#".
