Kid doesn't like Tim. He thinks he's a bleeding heart and hates the whole corporate speak that Tim uses around him.

Bonney likes Tim. She didn't appear much in the story except in passing, but they definitely get along well and she's pretty much the crew's little sister. She thinks he's fun and people blow things out of proportion.

The rest of the supernovas, for various reasons, don't really understand why Luffy has an intelligence officer. It just doesn't really seem like his style of piracy.

Emperors

Whitebeard never really learned much about Straw Hat's crew. But Marco is pretty sure Tim would've been adopted in a scenario of meeting Whitebeard before Luffy. And honestly, he thinks Tim would have been a great division commander.

Big Mom hated him. Tim definitely did some damage to Whole Cake and then helped Katakuri with his claim of taking over the Big Mom Pirates more completely.

Kaido was always more Might and Power, so he never thought much of Tim. Power is so important in the One Piece world that flat-out intelligent characters tend to get overlooked in that sense.

Shanks likes Tim. He's a terror to everyone else for the most. He loves Luffy. He wouldn't want to be on the kid's bad side, but he's not because Luffy loves Shanks so much. So it's not an issue.

Admirals/Navy

Yeah. They know he's smart and smart is dangerous in the OP world. Akainu would have probably killed Tim on sight if given half the chance.

Aramaki doesn't have much of an opinion.

Fujitora likes him as much as he can openly like a pirates. Not to the deep level of admiration of Luffy, but, yeah, Tim seems like a good kid.

Kizaru would like to be far far away from Drake Tim at all times because he hates how that kid stares him.
