green hues roll playfully while an arm wraps around his girlfriend. "y'need to learn to set boundaries." he whispers against her temple before pressing a light kiss against her head, smelling a wave of fruit and vanilla. "god, you and those creepy critters." he laughs, nose scrunching slightly as he pulls her closer toward him. "what if . . ." voice trails off as he shakes his head. it'd be selfish to ask raven to quit doing something she loves, even if she did look exhausted. "what would you say if i got you a new critter? i saw it online and thought of you."

"i know," her lips jut into a soft pout, knowing that he's right. a soft sigh escapes her before a smile tugs on her face, "they're not creepy! y'know what's creepy? fugglers." raven snakes her arm around dallas's waist, eyes lighting up briefly before she shakes her head, "you don't have to! ... which one was it?" she asks with a sheepish smile.

raven exhales softly as she dries her hair, dropping the towel in the laundry basket before she joins dallas in bed. a soft groan leaves her lips as she plops herself next to the other, "they were short staffed... i couldn't say no." raven presses a kiss on the other's cheek before she snuggles against dallas, "you know i love what i do," she shrugs, "and the regulars tip good too. i could get more calicos with the extra money." raven says with a grin, gently nudging her boyfriend's side.
