so sick of the morality people attach to simply being a fan of something
#idk how to tell u this but bad people can and will like the same things as you.#someone will have a bad take or bad behavior in a fandom and it's all:#'well they're not REAL fans' yes they are. just bc you don't like what they're doing does not mean they don't enjoy the same thing as u#i find it so weird that people try to act morally superior bc a bad person has a bad take in their fandom#this is not about anything in particular i just see this a lot lately and it drives me crazy#you are not better than someone and more of a 'real' fan for liking something in a normal way
