This eyeliner from @onoeye that I found on Amazon is pretty good for the price you get a good selection of colors. the brighter colors needed a little layering but in my opinion were nice And once it's completely dry it is smudge proof and water resistant. The eyeliner does however start to flake if you layer it to it too thick and you definitely need makeup remover to get it off lol water and face wash was not even phasing it!
