Do not throw souls!

In my opinion, the holy quintet’s witch forms are already perfect. I don’t really think there’s anything I could add to their designs in my interpretation of them that would enhance the design in any way.

Although I do not wish to leave this ask with nothing. So I made my take on homulily’s movie design.

I wanted her dress to resemble a nightgown more. I also liked the record player witch hat from her first witch design too. So I wanted to recreate that illusion with the gramophone that was originally placed at her back.

Those two long claw ribbons she originally had now act as her braids. I gave her back her braids. She still is forever being led to her execution however I wanted a pose that properly shows off her design so i didn’t include her shackles.

I said before that I didn’t think I’d make my takes on the holy quintet’s witches in my style but if there really is demand for it, I may make them anyway. This is the 2nd ask I’ve gotten for something along these lines.

Here’s my take on candeloro, I wanted to rebuild her next since Mami is actually my 2nd fave magi.

Homura will always be my number 1 fave for how profoundly tragic I find her character (I occasionally think about the fact she can never go back to the girl in glasses and braids she once was and it emotionally destroys me) but Mami is a very close second fave for me, this self sufficient veteran magical girl persona she puts on hiding such deep loneliness is so interesting to me. To me, that loneliness is what made her death so impactful in the first place, she genuinely believed that she was finally going to have teammates who cared about her.
