After seeing some other blogs, I suppose Tumblr following vs Deviantart following is a bit different, so maybe I should set up an intro post so that you know who you’re following!

Hi! I’m HomieGotU1275. This blog is for all my art, thoughts, and other stuff. I draw traditional and digital art for fun, although art school is a possibility in the future. I’m currently in highschool right now.

I like a lot of stuff so there’s no particular fandom on the blog. Most of the stuff posted is light hearted or jokey, but I also draw gore, and some of it is vent art. I’ll remember to censor the gore, but please be careful anyway if it does disturb you. I can be quite spontaneous sometimes (ironically, as I get uncomfortable when other people act spontaneous) so do not expect consistency at all.

I’ve participated in Artfight for three years now! My user is HomieGotU7512. Ik it says two years, but I randomly decided to delete the first account for no reason. Quite stupid of me. Maybe I got embarrassed or something.

Glagglepedia Career:

I'm an admin on the Glagglepedia and the owner of the Canon Council server. Been on the wiki since July 2nd, 2023. I do not write as much anymore, however I do plan on rewriting Glaaberland.

CENSOR RULES:

Tw tags I use include: tw gore, tw blood, tw vent, tw nudity, tw body horror, tw sensitive topic. I’ve observed that everyone uses different forms of the tags, so if you do not want to unvoluntarily view that stuff, I suggest adding those tags to your filter list.

The blood and gore tags will almost always be used together, but the blood tag can also appear on its own as well. I judge gore as more than just bleeding. Body horror is really only for big distortions (i might just be artfight-rotted, where they have a bunch of filters). The nudity, like I said will never be intended for sexual purposes. I am a minor, and any nudity I depict is for different purposes. What you personally think when you view such art is out of my control. Any post containing the vent tag is either directly a vent (which will sometimes be deleted soon after posting) or artwork that is meant to act as a vent. I have this tag because I know how stumbling upon such things can ruin someone’s day.

Here’s how I would go about the varying levels:

Art with heavy realistic blood, gore, and nudity = censored with a maturity filter and tagged

Art with any form of non-realistic blood/small amount of blood and body horror = tagged

Vents = tagged

Because my stuff is always varied, I want to make sure the people who follow this blog can always view what they came here for without being disturbed.

And I should clarify that with any vent I post, I am okay and not completely out of my mind. I don't think it would bother you but I just want to clarify. Everything is alright.

I love my maternal cousins dearly but this shit pisses me off. These two are closer in area, go to the same school, and use Snapchat. I do not fall into those things, thus I am out of the loop when it comes to drama. The only guy of the group is going thru the typical teenaged boy stuff with dating n shit, and my other cousin is in on all of the tea. I am not. I have not a single clue unless they directly tell me. He could be getting with and breaking up with 3 girls in his school and I would not know until he sends corny basketball player reaction images and dumps lore about it.

I do not understand why they talk about that in the groupchat instead of by themselves. I’m pretty sure they know that I am completely uninformed, yet do not seem to care. It pisses me off because I have a huge case of FOMO and, simultaneously, a fear of asking what’s going on without sounding like a beggar.

I feel it is also the disconnect between him and me that makes this difficult. He’s going thru all that mushy-gushy crush stuff and all that—which might I add is completely normal, and it’s not like he’s a creep to the people he dates; he’s a very sweet kid. My genetic instructions must’ve skipped that step because I cannot understand it at all. So admittedly, when he’s upset about his girlfriend problems I get snappy and annoyed with him because the logic behind it seems so clear to me, and yet cloudy to him.
