everyday i see videos of skinny girls "eating" massive amounts of food and people praising them. that's not a cheat day, you're filming a fucking binge. i doubt their even eating it, they either spit it out, or starve off cam or purge afterwards because their is no way you are eating mcdonalds, chipotle, ice cream, and churros in one sitting, once a week, and still sub 120lbs. not to mention that amount of food at once is not good for digestion even if youre managing to not gain. like im so fucking sick of this culture that normalizes binging. its disordered eating.
