HIYA!!!!!

So incredibly happy to announce that I've finally got a store on acggoods!!! I've been working on making and adding some old and new things for a little bit now, and here it finally is!

(PHM/Ryan Gosling items below the cut, as well as a thank you card offer for anyone who gets 3 or more items!!!)

The head and extremities (hands, feet) are made out of polymer clay (supersculpey specifically), while the body is hand sown fabric filled with either fabric scraps or plush toy stuffing! I paint the face and hands with acrylic paint, slightly diluted in water and applied in layers.

I also use metal wire inside of the body (shaped like a T with two ends), and I glue and slot it inside all four of my clay hands/feet (if you do this, remember to make a big enough hole in all the clay pieces before cooking to glue the wire inside) to give my characters the ability to pose!

Anything recycled can be of use too! Cardboard and paper can help a lot when it comes to shoes, single old buttons are a must, etc!!! + don't forget the hot glue it's a lifesaver!

I know I haven't been posting a lot this year (at least a lot less than I would have liked) since I was so incredibly busy with my final year of high school and I was dealing with pretty nasty self esteem issues as well.

I am happy to inform you guys that I am DONE high school! Technically haven't graduated yet, but I've finished all my exams and I'm mostly confident I'll be passing them all, so that's all done and behind me now!

I've also been feeling a lot better about myself lately, and I think that's in part related to the fact that, at the beginning of the month, I got to step on a biiiig stage (along with 8 other seniors) to showcase my art to over 600 people (I still can't believe it!). I hope you guys know that I couldn't have done it without all of you, over here on tumblr, on instagram, twitter, bah you get it! You are all wonderful people and I can't thank you enough for supporting me. When I was at my lowest way back around Christmas, I would come back and look at your kind words and reblogs and it would always cheer me right up...

On a cheerful note! I'm so excited to have the summer to get back to drawing! I haven't gotten around to rewatching Sherlock in a good while, so that's definitely on my list! I've missed it so much and I've never been more grateful for the show than today.

Lastly, I really want to make more of an effort to interract with fandom spaces. I've always stopped myself from leaving too many comments or liking certain things (mostly because of my own insecurities). From now on I will be trying my very best to actively engage, reply and give out the love you all deserve! ❤️
